Traditional jams and preserves using only fruit, raw sugar and non-irradiated spices and fresh unsprayed garden herbs for extra flavour.
No gelatine, flavourings and colourants are added to the jams or preserves.
Locally produced fruit is sourced where possible and the raw sugar is sourced from a local KZN sugar mill.
